The perfect place to enjoy fine Indian cuisine

The Indian Chef is definitely worth a visit with gorgeous food for that special night out for fans of Indian cuisine. There is a great menu with lots of choice, the restaurant itself is very pleasant and the staff are happy to cater for groups of any size. The service is very quick, and served up by friendly waiters. If you love your Indian food and are looking for some of the best choice and quality of dish available in the local area then look no further!

Not your average roadside diner

There are nights when you just can't be bothered to travel out of town to eat but the detour to Elkesley is certaintly worth it for die-hard fans of Indian Cuisine. It may not look much from the road - you might even have driven along the A1 and not realised it is there - but the attractive setting once inside is a lovely surprise and complimented by friendly & attentive staff and gorgeous food at good prices. There's a great menu with something for all tastes whether you like your Indian hot & spicy or opt for something milder.
The Indian Chef is not what you might usually imagine of a restaurant located alongside an 'A' road but this is one place that's definitely A-rated once you get through the door..... and there's none of the hassle of where to park that you sometimes get when visiting pubs and restaurants in town. A great choice - try it out!
