Zumba's where it's at!, no lie ! The songs are stuck in my head and played at full wack in the car; i'm lovin' it! Definitely got the bug.

Had I known I would be photoed I'dve wiggled harder !! Lol. Seriously great time, thanks to the organisers and to everyone for such a great atmosphere on the night !

Loads of zumba-loving people from classes in the Retford and Gainsborough areas took part in a three-hour zumbathon on Saturday night and raised over £1,000 for Help For Heroes.

It took place at The Trent Academy in Gainsborough and was GREAT FUN! - thanks to the awesome instructors on the night and to everyone who turned out to support this cause....(if you were one of them, let us know what you thought)!

It was a total blast - I loved it ! Anyone looking for a great class I can recommend Tuesday night's at Sturton Le Steeple Village Hall 7.30pm 'til 8.30....but there are classes all over the area now so, pick whichever's best for you and get zumba-ing! (you won't regret it)
