Leading Practical Groups

An informative short course ideal for volunteers and individuals who are currently leading groups of volunteers or are thinking about doing so. Based on years of practical experience in environmental conservation, you will leave with lots of tips and a very practical and realistic view on how to motivate and inspire people in your team or groups.
