Now the arctic conditions are heading back to Scotland and it is March, Flood crisis practice is underway in much of the country, is climate change a reality? what thoughts do people have on this?

I can not believe that it is snowing in Scotland in March! I really can not wait for Spring. But having said that it has snowed at this time of year many times before so it is not really that unusual. I am more concerned about all the earthquakes and tsunami that are happening in the world. So sad.
