I must say that I am grateful that people have actually decide to question this matter in a polite and gracious manner. It is a difficult time at the moment with money being tight everywhere and people are right to question the council on where money is being spent.
But this trial will save money, this trial will also mean that information is saved rather than being on paper and getting lost/destroyed etc. It will also mean that Councillors are instantly available.
To Stylekatt - The planning department have no iPads. So wherever you 'heard' this it is completely wrong.
