Our Guide Dog volunteer, Eddie, is hoping to spread the news
about the wonderful work of Guide Dogs after becoming an official speaker for
the charity. Eddie is available to visit schools, community groups and local
organisations to let them know about the increased mobility and independence
these dogs have brought to people's lives.
Eddie says, "I would love to share the difference that these
animals have made to people as well as the other fantastic work Guide Dogs does
for blind and partially sighted people . Now I've completed my speaker training
I can't wait to get out into the local community and make some new friends for
Guide Dogs!"
Community Fundraiser, Pam White adds, "Congratulations to
Eddie on completing his speaker training. I'm delighted that he will be able to
tell people the heart warming story of the amazing partnerships created and of
Guide Dogs mission to ensure that all blind partially sighted people have the
same freedom of movement as everyone else. I know he is looking forward to
receiving invites to local groups and organisations with enthusiasm and
excitement!"
To arrange a visit from Eddie, contact community Fundraiser
